Bridgestone Select Aberfoyle Park has been honoured at Bridgestone’s annual MasterClass awards, recognising the store’s outstanding achievements in the areas of customer service, operations and sales.
The store was named Franchise of the Year (SA/NT) and owner Andrew Andrawos said the dedicated team based at the store, in Adelaide’s southern suburbs, was the secret to its success.
“Our staff are committed to achieving the best possible results in all areas of the business and aim to make the store environment as comfortable and welcoming as possible,” Andrew said.
“We try to go that extra mile – we always offer tea or coffee, we make sure the car is nice and clean for them and just try to be as helpful as we can. We always aim to exceed customer expectations.”
“We couldn’t achieve these results without the hard work of my team and I’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to them.”
The store achieved best practice in the areas of operations, sales process and sales achievement.
Andrew also owns the Bridgestone Select store at Oaklands Park, which won back-to-back state awards in 2006 and 2007.
Bridgestone Australia and New Zealand Managing Director Andrew Moffatt said the MasterClass program recognises excellence in a number of important categories.
“It means the store has been achieving the highest standards in customer service, safety, compliance, sales, showroom and workshop management and responsible tyre recycling,” Mr Moffatt said.
“The win is testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone at Bridgestone Select Aberfoyle Park – a team dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and expert advice and we congratulatethem on that.”
