Bridgestone Select Mayfield has been honoured for the second year in a row at Bridgestone's annual MasterClass awards.
Presented at the recent Bridgestone Family Channel Conference in Fiji, the awards recognise outstanding achievement in the areas of customer service, operations and sales.
Bridgestone Select Mayfield was awarded Gold Standard achievements in both operations and sales for the second time.
Ashley McDougall, owner of Bridgestone Select Mayfield, said the back-to-back wins were a testament to the hard work and dedication of general manager James Walker, store manager Wayne Druce and the outlet's team.
"Wayne and the Mayfield team are committed to achieving Gold Standard service and we would like to thank them and congratulate them on all of their hard work," Ashley said.
"We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and it was great to have this recognised at a national level once again."
Mr McDougall has owned the Bridgestone Select outlet in Mayfield for 17 years and said the store consistently received great feedback from customers because of its high service standards.
Bridgestone's Group General Manager Retail and Marketing, Heath Barclay, said the MasterClass program is about setting and maintaining the highest standards for all Bridgestone outlets across Australia and rewarding the achievement of these standards.
"Ashley, James and the team at Bridgestone Select Mayfield are extremely worthy of receiving national recognition and are to be congratulated on this outstanding achievement," Heath said.
"They are proof that hard work and excellent customer service gets great results."
The celebrations continue at two other Bridgestone Select stores owned by Mr McDougall with the Coffs Harbour and Tuggerah outlets also recognised for their dedication to best practise at the annual awards.
